To add a website to Google Search Console:

In the Search Console home page, click the Add a property and type the URL of the site of the site.

Click Continue to open the Site verification page. Select a verification method to prove that you own the site and follow the verification instructions on the page.

If your site supports multiple protocols (http:// and https://), you must add each as a separate site.

Similarly, if you support multiple domains (for example example.com, m.example.com, and www.example.com) you must add each one as a separate site.

6. Make sure site is indexed properly in google and fix crawl errors

Check it out in google analytics to make sure, and repair any issues.

The easiest way to check an see if your site has been indexed is to search site:yourdomain.com in Google.

7. Keep site maintained properly

Developers constantly update WordPress, themes, and plugins. You might think “I don’t need any new features!” but new features are only one of many reasons why developers release new versions. They often fix security problems. Out-dated plugins are the number one reason WordPress sites get hacked. Updating WordPress, themes, and plugins regularly is absolutely essential to keeping your site safe.
